Upon arrival, I was informed that I could not use their Level 3 charger—or even their Level 2 charger. To make matters worse, a technician deliberately blocked access to the chargers with his vehicle, stating that his manager instructed him to do so because I hadn’t purchased my Leaf from their dealership.This behavior was both unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially for a Nissan dealership, which should support EV drivers regardless of where they purchased their vehicle.
